Maria
Maria started her Pilates training with Conchita del Campo in 2010 at the London Studio Centre where she graduated in 2014 with a BA (Hons) in Theatre and Contemporary Dance.
In 2016 Maria started teaching at the Body Control Studio in Swiss Cottage.
Since successfully graduating Maria has danced with Tanztheater Adrian Look Dance Company, performing in several projects around London.
She has also worked with other choreographers including Malgorzata Dzierzon, Wayne Parsons, Dam Huynh, Maria Vega, Joana Quelhas and Nikos Lagousakos, with performances in the UK, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates, and taught classical ballet at ADVS, Portugal, from 2007-2010 and in London from 2014-2016.
Nathan James Jacobs
Nathan began training in Martial Arts 14 years ago, following two traditional Japanese Karate styles – Wado Ryu and Wado Kai.
At the age of 17 he started his own Karate Club in West London, where he taught children and teenagers the basis of self-defence for 3 years. During that time he also began to follow the teaching and practices of Pilates.

He began teaching Pilates at the London Studio Centre, training under Conchita del Campo, whilst taking a year out of university. He has since completed his degree in B.Sc (Hons) Computer Animation and has returned to teaching, hoping to one day combine the understanding and practices of Karate and Pilates into a new exercise regime.
​
His other interests include dancing and gymnastics, and he regularly plays football for his local Sunday League team.
Carolina Moura
Carolina started her Pilates training with Conchita in 2012 while studying at the London Studio Centre, where she graduated successfully with a Musical Theatre degree in 2015.
She has performed in various venues in Portugal and the UK, and has continued her performing career while also completing a Body Control Pilates teacher's training course.
She has also assisted Conchita in filming her videos for the Body Control Pilates Central channel.
